One thing I have enjoyed seeing on DWTS in the past is singers or groups brought in to perform for the couples' routines. Generally they get about half a minute or so plus or minus any instrumental intro, to sing, so they get a bit of time to perform in their own right, then the couple comes in and starts dancing. It might be costly though unless they reduce the number of such performances with singers and pros in the results show.

That sounds like quite a good idea.

I heard this on the radio this afternoon which I think would be a great song for a Viennese Waltz:-

"How Can I Be Sure?" by David Cassidy

Anyone else agree?

If memory serves correctly... Natalie used that with Ricky Nipple.

Whenever I think of the perfect track to work with a dance I realise, of course, that The Band and Dayvarch would never be able to play it, although I have never had any doubt Tommy V could sing it.

He's the best thing in that band.

Yet more great options, my mind is still a blank at the moment.

Just heard another possibility on the radio for a Viennese Waltz:-

"My Resistance Is Low" by Robin Sarstedt.

Also, for a Cha Cha Cha, what about "Church Of The Poisoned Mind" by Culture Club?

I was trying to think of any songs out of Camelot that Fiona could dance to, but although I could cope with her recreating her 'Guinevere', I'm not sure I could cope with Anton as either King Arthur, or even worse, Lancelot!

Before I even clicked on the link, I knew it would be The Sundays. Wonderful song.

I'd love to see a quickstep to Wild Young Hearts by The Noisettes.

Spookily, I've always thought this would make a good Charleston!

A quickstep to the theme from Captain Pugwash.

Argentine Tango to the Nokia ringtone.

I'm surprised the Blue Peter theme tune was never used for Matt or Gethin - producers missed a trick there!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wdLDxtGONyI I would love it if someone danced a rumba to a french song. Like for example patricia kaas Quand j'ai peur de tout (original to sugababes too lost in you) or celine dion "pour que tu m'aimes encore" http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x17...imes-enc_music

And i always wanted someone to dance to "moi lolita" by alizee.

Now that would be brilliant! Unsure about the Nokia one though.

I think "When I'm Cleaning Windows" or "Chinese Laundry Blues", both by George Formby, would be good for a Charleston.

What does anyone think?
