It is a bit woeful and seems even more laden with XF cliches than normal.

The guy with the kid, the couple who are awful and the group who have one good member. So boring.

No stands outs really, and the best ones we only saw 20 seconds of. Poorest of all the audition shows, imo.

The worst audition show I remember was last year with Rylan. I remember they showed FOUR acts in that episode - four! And they were all awful.

It's just very frustrating. Lorna and Andrea get put in montages and Green Boots etc get all the airtime.

Other than Jayson and Andrea at the end they might just as well have scrapped the other 50 or so minutes.

I kinda see where OP is coming from in a way. I actually REALLY enjoyed tonight's show but still thought it was the weakest out of all 4 room audition shows overall, but I still thought tonight's show was enjoyable.
There is a lot of buzz surrounding tonight's show on twitter. Hope the trend of high ratings continue. |

I agree with OP.
We get 12 OAPS. We get a couple from Ireland who can't sing. We get the cliche "do I choose my friends or my dream" story. And who can forgot the annual single parent who wants to support their family. Yet again another predictable show , 20% talent / 20% Ads / 40% Rubbish Acts / 20% Montages ... 100% Seen it before!!! |
