Most hilarious bad dance was Michael & Natalie's jive, so bad it was genius.

I voted for Quentin's chachacha; I could see no ability or spirit for dancing. I don't think Victoria's salsa was bad enough for inclusion. I'd have preferred Vordeman's rhumba *vomits* as one of the worst dances.

Definitely Quentin's Cha Cha Cha - awful in every sense, and with literally zilch replay power (unlike, say, Michael & Natalie's Jive ).

Whenever I think of bad Cha Cha Chas, I always think of Gary Rhodes with his neck lurching at Karen Hardy like a tortoise reaching for a piece of lettuce (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mmk-M37SuIc) but actually Quentin is a whole lot worse.

A dance to rival Quentin's cha-cha-chunk and available on youtube (sorry I haven't learnt how to do links) is Craig Kelly's cha-cha-sack o' potatoes with Flavia at Blackpool. The man dances as though he has no backbone, cannot move his hips (easily beats Michael's jive technique) and worse, wears a gormless expression throughout.

Hands down the WORST dance EVER, the dance that made my jaw drop open in shock, the studio audience go silent, and the Judges look like they'd been to a funeral, was Colin and Erin's Showdance.

When Bruno told her it was not of a standard they expected to see, and she attempted to explain that she'd wanted to show off that Colin could dance by himself, without being in hold, even her mouth was dry with stress, and her eyes glazed, as she realised what an almighty calamity it was.

Colin is so lovely, he's NEVER criticized Erin for that choice, but many a celeb wouldn't have hesitated.

Though I can find no record of it on youtube and it was many series ago I can still remember how horrendous that was. Showdances on Strictly are almost uniformly awful or fraught with calamity but that was easily one of the worst (Brendan Cole's efforts excepted). It was like some kind of old fashioned seaside attraction that would give you nightmares like Punch & Judy. Made all the worse by the fact that the eliminated Zoe and Ian had just done an enjoyable and sane Showdance before them.

Colin was really honourable about it, even though you get tell he didn't like the concept and it obviously ruined his chance of winning Strictly he didn't say a word against Erin.

Yes, Erin's showdance was like something from the Generation Game.

Oh, god! That's the one where he pretended to play piano on her back and then slap her bum, isn't it? Grim.

My votes would go to:

Every one of Fiona & Brendan's & Kate & Anton's dances;
The dance in which Dominic Littlewood tried to grope Lilia's bottom (I can't remember which one it was)

Each and every car crash that was the arrogant Widdy and the apparently spineless Anton.

Would rather watch Quentin's Chat Cha on a loop interspersed with Gary Rhodes and a sprinkling of Craig Kelly.

I'm useless on this sort of poll. I see the word "worst" and La Widdlebum's name and I click. It's a reflex action.

Think it was their Cha Cha Cha that involved him crouching around behind Lilia like Gollum searching for his Precious but their Jive was of a similar ilk. What the judges interpreted as "cheeky", the rest of us saw as "creepy".
