Love watching Father Ted. Whenever in a department store we always watch out for the priests in Lingerie. Also have a family friend who is dreadful with make up and we secretly refer to her as Mrs Doyle.

The singing youth club priest was definitely Graham Norton's best ever TV effort.

So many classic moments.

The nuns obsessed with 'a lovely long mass'...The Cuban priest.. These are small and those are far away...the list is endless. I rest my case, or should that be 'it was just resting in my account'?

I think so too, with Spaced a close second.

Everytime I see a protest, I want to see a placard saying 'careful now' and 'down with this kind of thing'.

If you say that to me again... I'll put your head through the wall.

What was the episode where Jack accidentally wandered into an AA meeting and just kept shouting 'Drink!" at them all?

Not sure, but was it maybe the episode where they went to the mainland? I remember Dougal being hungry and not getting his food?

Ah was that a different episode?

I must admit I perfer series 1 and 2. Although there are some cracking eps in series 3, I just hate the first one.

When Jack went to have his eyes tested, THIS FIRM supplied the eye-chart.

There's so many great scenes in Father Ted but I absolutely love My Lovely Horse. Never fails to make me laugh

"This contest is a sham, and a mockery, and a...sham!"

----------------------------------------------------------

"Shall I call the police, father?"

"No. He's lost the trust of his sheep. That's punishment enough for any man dealing primarily...in sheep."

No, it's all from the same episode, 'The Mainland', I think it was called. I think this was the one with Richard Wilson?

I love Fr Ted. Speed 3 is my all time favourite episode.

Ted: "Maybe you should be taking precautions in the bedroom!"
Pat Mustard: "You're not advising the use of artificial contraception, now are ya, Father?"
Ted: "Yes I.... No I.... JUST **** OFF!!"

Dougal: No, I mean in general.
