Samsung E700 question

Can i copy all my numbers from the phone to my sim at the one time. I only get an option to do it the other way round.

Only way I can see to do this is one by one from the options menu when you highlight a number in your phonebook which displays the phone symbol in the corner.

Sorry I can't see a multiple copy option for that direction just the opposite direction you have already found.
