Love the crew cut on Karen Gillan , she looks so different , just like Sinead O'Connor from her Nothing Compares 2U video

Agreed! In my personal order of preferences:

William Russell or Frazer Hines
one of the modern males that isn't John Barrowman — Arthur or Noel, I guess
Mark Strickson or Peter Purves
John Levene or Richard Franklin
John Barrowman
somebody who wasn't on the programme at all
Matthew Waterhouse
I agree that William Russell should be the top choice if only cos he was there at the start

It's an excellent piece. Some really lovely photos, and short but frank interviews.

Uh...it's the Guardian. The staff always end the working week with a bra-burning exercise, even the men.

Quoted from the article...
Carole Ann wears jacket, £1,899, by Balmain

At that price it should have been hand made by Batman.

Nothing to do with the fact that the clear majority of the companions have been female then?

Does it offend you that they asked them about having to wear short skirts, these are all parts of the show you know...
