Found this link to a local news story about Kevin which includes a video of him and his sister competing as kids - and the page promises more videos to come

Thanks for the link wazzyboy. There's so much I could say from my analysis of Kevin and his mum

but I won't as it could be disrespectful. Suffice to say I'm not keen on Kevin's mum (sorry Kevin ...) His sister was a pretty good dancer I wonder if she continued with ballroom dancing.

Yes his sister Joanne Clifton went on to have a dance career. She is a top competitive ballroom dancer now. There's quite a few videos on YouTube of her and partner Paolo Bosco.
