NOW TV Firmware update problem

Yesterday now TV released a new firmware update in order to fix the movie covers blanking issue, the good news was it did fix that bug, the bad news is basically the Sky movies picture quality has been reduced to some thing along the lines of a youtube video (I've 30 meg as well). Both my boxes are effected and more reports on page 6 of this link:

Both my 2 now boxes and my youview seem fine. I'm on 5mb Bt adsl. Both now boxes have the firmware update

I have two Roku boxes and the picture is fine on both.
