Hey guys,

Really need your help or ideas on this please. I have a Facebook account but I can't seem to be able to view my inbox messages or use chat on Facebook. It just either loads up a blank screen on browser or doesn't load at all. But I can see who is online to talk to but I can't send them a message.

Then if I try & send a message it says "Chat is temporary unavailable" but it does this on my laptop and on my Facebook for Android app.

Could anybody help me out on this please?

Try a different browser, or resetting cookies and cache etc.
