Loved the interaction with him and Brendan. Anton is quite a player too,They all seem to have a lot of fun with each other. Think the pro girls worked hardest on Sat though as they had the Matt routine twice as well. He's lovely close up - something of the Beckham about him.

It was a shame not to see 'the icon that is Bruce' but I do so agree with you about Tess. She is much better without Bruce and can well hold her own as the anchor. Claudia is just too funny but very sharp! The week 2 show is by far the longest as no one has been eliminated, so I can see why Brucie gave it a miss if he wants to last the series - and I can see why he ducks out the results show too.
Wasn't the proposal a surprise - wonder how he organised that!”

Matt Goss was rather tasty, I agree!

Wish I had known you were going, we could have met up!

I agree, I was looking at those arms, James and Ben's!

Have a wonderful time! Will you be kind and send us a spoiler? Not sure who is the main person for 'spoiler central', might want to have a glimpse in last week's spoiler to see who to contact.

It was a wonderful evening. For anyone that hasn't been yet, do apply every year, there are plenty of dates each year and I waited 3 years but some people get lucky first year of applying, so stay positive!! x

I handed it in, and I knew the queue would be massive to get it back, so I legged it out of my seat as soon as the cameras stopped rolling!

I've never applied so far as I have young kids, limited babysitting options & my hubby works weekends but I do hope to go one day. Maybe i'll try applying next year as my mum will be retired & would probably look after the kids for me.

You both need to wear roses or carry a copy of the Times under your left arm so you can recognise one another.

I'm taking it too seriously aren't i?

Firstly, thank you to everyone who has posted tips on making the most of your strictly experience!

Please could someone advise on the size of bag that you can take into the studio please? I have a sparkly shoulder bag but it's quite big - trying to think how to compare the size? It's about 50cm by 40cm (20in by 15in) plus handles. Is this too big? Want to get my snacks in and some flat shoes!

Thank you.

Hi there, first of all, I officially hate you. Me and OH will hate everyone who is there this Saturday.

Secondly, there isn't an exact size, they just tell you to put large bags in the cloakroom. So I can't tell you if yours is too big, but mine was 13in x 13in and I was a bit worried I took it in but it was ok. The seats are small wooden seats, I suppose they need to know people aren't going to be tripping over everyone's bags and if you are lucky enough to be at the front, the cameras won't want to see bags under the chairs, I suppose.

Is there a slightly smaller one you can take, I managed to put flats and snacks in my bag, and I did get my OH to bring a man bag as well, that is my secret tip.

Thank you so much! Will take a smaller one. Love the Man Bag tip! xx

I would suggest you take snacks in a carrier bag which you can consume before going into the studio (as no food allowed - just a water bottle/screw top). Your bag must be able to go under your chair so it does not stick out at all or on your lap (which can be a hindrance if you are in the "standing ovation" view.

The chairs are not big at all (well unless you are a very skinny person.

Either that or take a bigger bag (with snacks/other drinks/shoes) in that you can hand in at the cloak room.

Heavenly could confirm .... but I think you are allowed to hand a bag in to the cloakroom as well as coats?

That was speedy. I would imagine that might be the quickest for a while. My friend and I are going to leave phones in the car.
