So thought i would do a poll. Simple question in your eyes which is the best superman film or tv show. Plus why u think its the best 1 out. There is no wrong everyone is allowed there view.

Personaly for me superman the movie as it is basicaly 3 films in 1 plus u got Chris Reeve Marlon Brandow Gene Hackman. An amazing soundtrack could easly go on.

Well, like I said in the other topic, I like the one with Zod, because it's a bit lively. The original movie is merely a solid plodder imo.

You've missed one out, Superman 2: the Richard Donner cut, which I prefer over the Superman 2 that was originally released as it's a much more darker version.

The Superman Animated series was one of the best TV incarnations of the character - it had a cracking theme tune too.

Just had the complete series deliverd on DVD

Easy win for the first Chris Reeve film, I like the villains in the second of his films a lot though.

I thought the New Adventures of Superman was rather fun. Hatcher and Cain had terrific chemistry.

The newer films don't quite do it for me I'm afraid.

You also missed out Smallville.
I liked the early series of Smallville, lost the plot in it's last few years. Had my favourite Lex Luther though

To be honest, I stopped watching not long after Lex left. Not sure why but I do intend to go back to the show one day and find out how it finished.

If Smallville is being counted then so should the Superboy series that ran from 1988 to 1992

As I said on Facebook, nobody plays Superman better than Christopher Reeve, and despite how good his sequels are the original will always remain the best.

The one with Christopher Reeve as the character Superman and with that superman of actors, Marlon Brando, as his dad, even if he was only in it for a few minutes!

I used to watch Smallville back in the day, it was one of my favourite shows until I lost interest during season 4.

Superman 1 and 2, I can never decide which I like best.

Superman 1 has the origin and Superman 2, the 3 super villains.
