Center Speaker

I would be interested in people's views on center speakers. I am thinking about upgrading my mission 77cl center. I have KEF RDMS 2 speakers at the front and mission 77DL at the rear. They are driven by a yamaha dsp-ax1. I was thinking about the B+W CMC or LCR 600 S3. Any views / suggestions greatfully received.

Cheers.

I use a Yamaha DSP A1 with Mission 751's as my front L/R speakers and my centre speaker is a Paradigm CC350 which IMO is the best centre speaker I have ever heard or owned. The sound from it positively huge and vocals really sound crisp and clear and the bass output is quite stunning with effects in action movies making you quite literally jump out of your seat with surprise. It is quite a big beast with a high power handling (150rms) and quite heavy for a centre. The CC350 has now been superceded but a similar model is available at Richer Sounds for about £150 (but not listed on their website unfortunately). I can competely recommend Paradigm speakers in a home cinema setup for me nothing has come close for price and performence.
