Problem since IOS7

I have a 32GB white IP4S and its updated to IOS7 and I have no problem

Whilst my wife has the same model phone and since updating to IOS7 she continually complains that incoming calls are put on hold when she answers a call

Is she accidentally hitting a button , to cause this ,anyone help?

Me and the misses haven't had that problem on our iPhones 5, try turning the phone off and back on, is it still doing it?

Perhaps a reset is required

What I'd do is make sure the phone is backed up in iTunes or icloud(I recommend this way) and then do a restore in iTunes. That will basically reinstall the software, hopefully that would sort it.

If your not up to doing it yourself take it into an Apple store, it won't be in warranty but they may advise you or restore it for you.
