I'm getting pop ups for porn sites on DS forums using safari,been getting banner adds at bottom of page for Virgin,BMW etc that are a pain but this explicit porn stuff is nasty. On ipad iOS 7

As I click on this site via the favourits it will open (this site) and then go straight to a blank screen as if being re-directed, so I go back a step and re-click and all is well ? (only this site)

This via the PC using win 7 & Avast.

Not seeing anything like that. Are you guys sure you're not seeing adverts that are specific to you based on tracking Cookie's etc?

I also got this a couple of days ago on my iPad , definitely nothing based on tracking cookies as I don't look up porn on my iPad.

Could it be from another site though, I don't think you necesarily have to have visited a porn site to get this stuff, try deleting out all cookies etc or try private browsing and see if it still happens.

Yeah I don't see any ads on DS, I use ad-block. It's great and even stops adverts on YouTube etc as well.

You can't on the iPad.

Delete your browsing history on the iPad and then switch on private browsing.

Really? I don't know about iPads, but there is an Adblock app for Android tablets.

There's no AdBlock ad, but in the settings for Safari on iPad, there are options for Do Not Track, Block Cookies, and Block Pop-Ups.

This has just happened to me when I accidentally hit a link on DS on my iPad. WTH Is going on here?.???

Yeah I'm sill getting it with cookies deleted...

It's not a big issue as it's only happened 3 times but still an odd one, no other site I visit does this.
