Dancing with the Stars Australia 2013
This begins today - I can't seem to find any good links to watch it, so I suppose YouTube'll have to do. The cast includes Tina Arena, someone from Oldham and a pair of male models.

It's a pity sunshine, hasn't been posting on the boards for a good while
She gave us the links for last season and filled us in a bit with useful information and titbits. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mlsE1bKOTUs http://au.tv.yahoo.com/dancing-with-...ith-the-stars/ Apart from Tina Arena got no clue about any of the other celebs ![]() I installed 'media hint' as, au tv won't always allow you to play contents of the clips. Oh Damian's there, looks like he's partnered with Tina. https://pbs.twimg.com/media/BVfBVdOCIAI-ZIg.jpg:large http://instagram.com/p/e7Km2pCK9u/ |

The DWTS Au Twitter account has begun posting the routines, so they may be worth checking out. A few updates:
Week one's leaderboard topper Consentino has lost his partner to injury (remind you of anyone?) and he'll dance the rest of his time on the show with Sriani Argaet. They've been extremely inspired by the American series this year, having introduced Contemporary in week one and now Jazz dance in week two. Someone danced their Jazz dance to a Katy Perry song, and it was pretty much ninety seconds of the celebrity trying as many ways to physically abuse her partner as possible (I hope it was choreographed, or it'd be... pretty awkward). And the first eliminees are....

I've just watched Rhiannon's Rumba. The guy who does the dance intros doesn't have the most lively or charismatic of voices
Anyway, I think the Rumba contained a few too many lifts. She's obviously a good dancer, but it was hard to see what she was doing a lot of the time because of the lights. I don't think it was worthy of a perfect score.

So disappointed in Australia's decision for their winner.
