Hi, just jumped over from the satellite forum. My in-laws use BT vision on catchup they report that the picture format is all wrong (their words) I think it is in 4:3 from what they say. I am not there so can not be sure. Anybody know what this is. They say that on live TV there is no problem. Thanks
