Gary Barlow's X Factor final six have hit stumbling blocks as they head to the judges' houses round - one hopeful has been denied a US visa and another act has had to change its name.
Rough Copy who were chosen as one of Gary's final six acts at boot camp had to drop a member as he had problems getting a visa with his Nigerian passport, the same issue which had meant they had to leave the competition last year.
And The Sun reported another group, Code Four, have had to drop down to just three members for Gary's judges' house in New York as Mark Wyman was denied a US visa because of a previous conviction.
Code Four bandmate Ryan Nembhard said: "We're missing Mark and that's tough. We did everything as a four. We didn't think we would end up here as a three."
Rough Copy are hoping their missing bandmate, Kazeem Ajobe, will rejoin them if they make it through to the live shows.
A third act, Kingsland, also ran into problems when they discovered a band in America had the same name, so they chose to change it to Kingsland Road, a road in East London where they are from and home to their favourite pub.
Meanwhile, the girl group trio that Gary put together still haven't decided on a name - they started as Stop Look Listen, then changed to Miss Dynamics, and now member Jeanette Akua has said: "It's going to start with a Miss, that's all I'll say."
