Awake with Jessica Alba has a great twist. Well actually it's a double twist-twist which makes it sweeter.

Worth a watch if you liked Flatliners.

I saw Sixth Sense at the cinema with no idea that there was going to be a twist (it was just something to do on a Saturday night!) but got it straightaway as the original scene reminded me of Ghost and I then spotted the signs throughout the rest of the film.

I didn't see the Fight Club one coming at all, was completely shocked by that, but as someone said earlier in the thread if you rewatch it there are loads of signs throughout the film when you're aware of the twist.

Not sure if it counts as a twist as such, but the ending of The Mist was a bit "whoah" as well.

I guess the end of Psycho (1960) must have shocked a lot of people back in its day.

I recently saw Atom Egoyan's "Remember" with Christopher Plummer. I didn't see the twist that is in that film coming.

Scream Of Fear a great little horror/thriller from the 60's.

For me it was Scream.
Most suspects were cleared or dead, there were no other characters to point the finger at. Remember thinking "that kill scene of Billy looks so fake, urrgh"
But still - When the reveal came i was like "no waaayy"

Yep, that's one that made my jaw drop at the time. Thank goodness no one told me about it. I had heard some good reviews of the film beforehand(Barry Norman recommended it at the time) - and picked it up on VHS and watched it a few days later. Yep - definitely a memorable twist.

There was a good twist at the end of 'The Other Side of Midnight'.

Sadly, as it is never shown on TV and it's been about thirty years since I last saw it, I can't remember what it was.

Just saw it a few hours ago - genuinely surprised! Did a clue it was going to end like it did
