I'd like to know movies with twists to watch but not the actual twist.. nothing wrong with that?

I watched Father Ted and I got the Crying Games ruined because they basically told us the twist in one of the episodes.. I mean seriously!?

And the start of Arrow season 1 episode 1 ruined the ending of the TV show LOST for my friend who hasn't watched LOST yet..

You cant really complain about those two reveals though.
Crying game to Father Ted was 3 years and Lost to Arrow was 2 years.
Both of those twists at the time were probably the bigest talked about twists and had recived masive public talk about them . With both of these you had to do very well to go 2+ years without hearing the twist.

The Conversation (1974) Gene Hackman, great twist.
Yep seconded. Pretty gruesome too. Coppolla apparently wanted to make a modern horror film. He succeeded.

Society 1989
All the Saw films
Was going to suggest Society. Also 2 other 80's films, My Bloody Valentine and Happy Birthday to me.

I remember my Dad letting me stay up to see it and regretting it I had nightmares for a long time after that!

The Eyes of Laura Mars 1978
I love that film, watch it every time it's on. Definitely shocked at the twist first time I saw it in the cinema.

The ending is superb
Yes, I love it!

Society - the weirdest film I've ever seen, still.

I couldn't believe that old granny was Rose all along.

Come across Happy Birthday to me many times years back when I looked around for horror films. Heard it has great mystery gonna check it out.
