I have a friend who is on a business contact with O2 and the signal in our building is very bad.

Contacted O2 they where said there was nothing that they could do.

Its not for business customers.

Enquire about the home booster femto's that O2 do.

Not entirely sure what a business customer can get.

if they have that kind of attitude, take your business elsewhere

I have been unable to find where to buy the home boost.

Its not something o2 publically acknowledge (they might not even do it anymore) but its something you can ask about.

Tbh there is not much he can do if he has poor signal.

If your friend is a business customer, refer him/her to their account manager. They will be able to assist with ordering of a BoostBox.
