I can help with Mac or with iPad. On a mac, you hold down the letter and numbered options appear that you can chose by pressing the correct number. On an iPad, simply hold the key and you slide up to select the right letter (to misuse the word 'right'

Scandawegian is so much better than Nordic. I know it might not be a real word, but it should be. Expect someone else will know better ways. Rather than remembering numbers it might be handier to have Word open and use their international symbols in a quick cut-and-paste. (But then I'm just number blind. I sometimes forget the four-digit bank card password I've had fifteen years.) http://www.forlang.wsu.edu/help/keyboards.asp How can you not believe in the over-priced shining goodness that is Apple? ![]()

For those customers interested in the aforementioned THOM, it has been brought to our attention that this item is far more versatile than originally stated. As well as the superb upright, horizontal and chest versions , it may also be collapsed by folding slightly at the hinges in the legs and either propped against a table, for example in your Library where the arms may be set to hold books, or in your Music Room where it may be lowered onto a piano stool to effect a sophisticated ambience to the room.
In addition to its chiselled features and sturdy form, the THOM has a multitude of new choices of finishes from Rustic to Elegant, Stylish to Homely, not forgetting the totally stripped-down version which is so handsome in its natural splendour. We hope that customers who admired the THOM as a decorative piece only will note the practicality of the model: truly a magnificent adornment to any home and ready immediately for shipping. |

Ivy from Lithuania. Is good because is mine. 5 stars but you're not selling it. Is mine. |

Leona from Kazakhstan - I wanted this but was presented with the WALLAS instead, which started coming apart at the seams immediately. So disappointed but hope it did not show. ***** |

PRODUCT RECALL
It has come to our attention that the SOONETTE has a tendency, when placed in the vicinity of the BREN, to spin out of control and not respond to data input. This gives cause for concern as to its suitability as a fully programmable model as there is clearly a technical problem with the command/response mechanism. We are working hard to fix this malfunction in future models but in the meantime customers may if they wish return their SOONETTE to the store for a full refund. |

Some of our older customers may remember the original THOM, the THIM c.1933. Now returned to production for those discerning few for whom the THOM is just too racy, the THIM is presented for the first time in glorious technicolour, complete with the raffishly dilapidated veneer that your granny will remember. It shows signs of wear but this bureau will be a companion for life. It tilts a little and the doors swing open with a bit of a kick, but these eccentricities are part of its charm.

THIM Customer Review (4)
Gnat from Sydney: Very reliable. Can be leaned on. Supportive with surprising weight-bearing qualities. Loses one star for creaking joints, but only to be expected with a near antique. **** |

DANGER!!
Please be aware that the popular model THOM can go from cool to hot in minutes. It can become over-heated and exhibit signs of steam seepage. Should this happen, we advise disconnecting the THOM from its power source and allowing the heat to dissipate. A fan may well be of use to the customer. |

Ikea Strictly is pleased to announce the seasonal re-issuing of some favourites.
Very much the younger sibling of Strictly, the ZOBALL has been fitted with a speaking function. Pull the cord to hear a small selection of phrases - "You must have been so nervous", "You must have been so proud of your boy slash girl" and "We all love you". Buy this year for your own Strictly interview experience! A favourite pairing for the ZOBALL is the iWait. This delightful mannequin will fit with any decor. Can be bent, twisted and shaped into most poses, and fits perfectly with the ZOBALL. The third option is the HARDII. Our hot little oven comes complete with bun, due to mature soon into a microwave. Warning: the HARDII is prone to springing into a standing position when unwanted. Please note that if the joints of the HARDII make noises that resemble "wheniwonwithmark" this is completely normal and should be ignored. |

Note to owners: As a temporary measure is recommended that the WALLASS is placed away from food serving areas. The tendency for the top doors to gape open when close to a chocolut fonduntt can be solved with a couple of sturdy bolts, but the way it has started to throw itself face down to the floor in the presence of a trifle is a worrying and rather alarming new development and it may be necessary to issue a manufacturers recall if our workshop cannot come up with a fix over the weekend.
