A few weeks ago, I purchased one of your Assemble quick stepladders in MDF (with bonus tiger feet). I was reasonably happy with it at first - it wasn't exactly top quality but it did the job and it was pretty cheap. However, recently it seems to go to pieces at the slightest nudge; not exactly what you want when you're reaching up to high places!
I have also recently encountered a problem with the MAXXJAK hostess trolley in genuine WOOD. The consistently high performance of this item more than compensated for its dour appearance. Unfortunately, when I tried to serve dessert on it this weekend, calamity struck. It was okay with the tiramisu but as soon as I put a couple of rum babas on it, the castors fell off and it wouldn't move. Having refixed these, I am hoping that this is merely a temporary blip.

Although popular with many customers, frequent product recalls necessitating repair and replacement on the feet and leg parts mean that it is no longer economically viable to continue production.
Customers looking for an alternative item to jump over, spin round and walk all over should look at the SCTTMILS.

IKEA would like to inform all customers who have purchased the WRGHT basin unit that they can return the faulty units for a full refund. Many customers have found that the taps spout water spontaneously in random directions, which has caused the MDF surround to become soaked and in a few cases, to rot.

Although according to some reviews, the product has been withdrawn to to problems with the fixings and rigging.

The Pixie 'Wendy' house comes on long legs that can be inconsistent. On no account should this product be lifted!
Although the majority of our SCD IKEA branches have closed down for the off season, customers wishing to buy batteries as long lasting as Duracell should look at our WUZROBBED range.

There appears to be a fault with some models of the FLAK. While some customers are wholly delighted with their purchase others inform us that they hear an intermittent but recurring ringing noise emanating from the legs and a louder persistent clanging from the feet which will simply not stop.
We have found a temporary solution to the problem by use of a locking device but as the complaint of ringing persists we are currently working on a permanent fix. In the meantime customers who are unhappy with their ringing FLAK are advised to try bringing a hammer down sharply on the topmost part of it: in other words, to knock it on the head.

There are a few changes to the PRÔZ line
The RBYN glitter wardrobe has unfortunately been withdrawn as the faulty back has not helped it's chances to be included in this years catalogue
The LUKOSHOOT has also been withdrawn due to other business commitments not relating to Ikea
The WIDDN has also been withdrawn for no reason what so ever
But we are happy to announce three new lines
The PERNÏCÊ An italian rocking stallion made from the finest teak and decorated in material sourced from the fashion capital Milan
The Øti is made from the finest South African wood, a new material source for Ikea. It has had a trial run in the German ikea stores and the results were satisfactory enough to be imported and a big blaring Union Jack sticker to be stuck right over the German one
The Głēb is the best travelled item ever to be included to the Ikea having been trialled in not one, not two but three ikea stores around the world. It made little impact in the Australian branch, unlike the LŌŴE The American branch loved it's attractiveness and its best results were observed in the Russian branch

Introducing to our cookwear range the HARYØT a pristine casserole dish. It has brilliant glittery black exterior for the most modern of homes and will fit farmhouse kitchens also. This product has yet to be extenously tested but will clean well when cleaned with fairy liquid

Our customers who hanker for the multifunction of the furniture of the 1970's could find this is the piece for them - a combined TV and stereo home entertainment unit with storage space (excellent for another addition to our cookware range - the ANDRAY fondue set). The piece is finished in burnt orange in keeping with the retro feel.
We have designed the compact PEETAH with modern homes in mind, but should customers feel that it needs a little extra height to stand well next our more statuesque pieces then it comes with easy to fit jumbo castors and a rococo frieze.
(Our Advertising Department advises caution when taking photographs around the unit as it seems to need to be in the front of every picture, which caused some issues with the new brochure which are being addressed).
