Be the most comfortable X factor winner ever?

So far the closest any contestant has come to a clean sweep was matt cardle, who only failed to top 1 round of voting on his run to winning the competition
Can Saint Nick go one better than that?
Its quite possible, theres not much competition

Would not be surprised at all if he blitzes the voting every single week and wins

The competition is dire, and he's the model example of a winner of this show

Well after he made Louis Walsh cry http://bit.ly/15NnoXt I certainly think he will be in the final two, because Louis will invest all his time on him and all of Scotland will get behind him.

I think you could be right about him winning, I don't think he'll top the votes every week though. There'll be at least one week where someone is offensively hyped, or a week after a shock bottom 2 where someone gets a ridiculous rebound vote.

I can't see Nicholas winning

Maybe he'll reach the final 4 if he's lucky but I can't see him being very versatile vocally or even have enough charisma...

The public may get bored of him.

He judges house song wasn't that good He can't go higher enough and his vocal isn't that great. Listen carefully. He won't win.

I don't think he'll win. At this present time I don't know what kind of artist he will be.

He can't do an album of ballads as I can't think of anyone who'll buy it. Maybe he'll find his niche when we get into the live shows.

No, Joe McElderry had a bit more charm/charisma than Nicholas.

And was better to look at when he performed.

He's got a great voice, connects with the songs in a way that lots twice his age fail to do, and is ADORABLE.

Whether that's enough to win, who knows? It may favour him that we had an 'edgy' winner last year though.

He can't just sing songs and expect people are going to like him. He needs to be able to find some sort of field which is going to help him stand out from the other acts.

It's been some time since they've given a 16 year old male a chance in the live shows.

Well he already stands out for me. He's my current favourite by a reasonable margin at the moment. I don't agree that someone necessarily needs to fit into an well-worn field. Indeed, that can get boring.

Sometimes people just have a quality to their voice that lifts them above others. All subjective, of course, but I think he's pretty exceptional for a 16 year old kid.

I do favour his voice, but what kind of album would he release?

P.S, you can join us on the appreciation thread.
