Aw this is fab.

Also in the beginning i was also like "Noo" but now that ive listened to Adam Lamberts version i can see how he could potentially modernize the song and completely rock out. Just a tad worried for him as he needs to work the stage!

Hey my fellow friendies! Looking forward to tonight - I was just listening to James Brown version of Play That Funky Music >> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AoATQO82k-k and I can totes see it working .

I think Luke is due for an early slot - but I hope he doesn't get the death slot. (but hopefully he has enough of a fanbase now to carry him through)

I'm pretty sure that's just the Wild Cherry original.

Yes, Luke's due an early slot, but he'll be in good company with Tamera. I just hope that he won't be squeezed with Tamera and a heavy-hitter like Sam Bailey (I reckon Nicholas will close the show this week, unless he's really really overachieving).

Looking forwards to Luke's performance tonight!

Seeing as it's Big Band week next week, what would you guys like to see Luke sing? I was thinking Radioactive by Imagine Dragons.

He got the death slot and received GREAT comments - so hopefully his fans don't get complacent and expect him to be through! Get voting peeps!

He got the first standing ovation of the live shows from 3/4 judges. Definitely the Dark Horse of the competition...

If he can survive the death slot then he is gonna go all the way. He will be due a later slot again next week. He is without a doubt the most consistent performer in the live shows.

Just watched it, he was fantastic! He's definitely the most versatile in the competition.

I just watch his performance... amazed to be honest that he performed it so much... and so well.

If he can tackle disco and nail it like that, hopefully should be a around for a fair few weeks!

The "dark horse" thing stuck, although that kinda defeats the purpose of a dark horse. Let's call him a contender now.

Someone in the main forum suggested Van Morrison's Moondance, which sounds wonderful!

You reckon? I'm not sure about that theme but I know Luke can definitely adapt to it. The only thing I can think of suiting him atm is Muse's version of Feeling Good

Nervous for tonight - hope his fans don't get complacent especially cause he got the death slot + good judges comments.

Moondance was the song Ashley forgot the words to

He's had two good weeks, and I'm sure picked up more support - hope Louis gets the song right next week
