Ah I love Best Thing I never,it is my fave

well kinda I find it hard to pick a fave but I do love it,whenever I listen to Luke,I always listen to that first.

I'm just watching the NTA's. It was a long montage of people - Luke appeared twice, Sam twice, Nick once, but they were all short clips.

At what point is it on so i can watch it quickly on catchup? Aw atleast they showed Nick, ppl are making it sound they he wasn't shown at all.

It was the last award of the night (I think - I turned off after that), so you'll need to fast forward

I must admit I increasingly play this on you tube. When song selections were announced for that week I had not heard the song before. When I listened to it I thought it would sink Luke, but in true Luke fashion he turned it into something else.

Don't you think that's the thing with Luke, covers seem like his own material the way he sings them?

When Luke adapted songs to suit him, it worked positively for him. I think he also had the advantage in that he wasn't afraid to work the stage or approach the audience. He can perform with or without his guitar. The only song that didn't really work was Moondance, because it should have been a slightly faster tempo. But even then I enjoyed the actual performance

Yes! I had never heard of the 1975 before I heard Luke's cover of Sex so when I listened to the original I was like 'woah' that's so different haha, and tbh I prefer Luke's version!

I am the same with Let Her Go - Passenger. I hadnt heard it before Luke sang it and having since listened to Passenger, Luke's version wins hands down.

When I heard his Beyonce song I had to look it up,as I never heard it before and then when I heard how slow it was,I was really worried about but then he changed it so much ,it was nearly like his own song.

He really does make his covers totally his own that why they work so much because he doesnt just copy the original

I hadn't heard of Skinny Love before so because Luke is the only one I've heard sing it, it's 'his' song to me. My heart sank when I heard he was doing the 1D song but again we needn't have worried
