Yes it is great he isn't releasing in March,both Sam and Nicholas albums sound like they have really been rushed just so they can release while they are on tour ,so that they can make some money out of them quick before interest fades.Not a big fan of either of them but I think that is awful,they are not even been given a chance.

Hey I went to Hamleys, I missed his performance but noticed a large group of friendoes waiting by the stairs - mostly consisting of young teenage girls so I felt awkward as I was wearing my work attire lol. Anyway he came down the stairs, got completely mugged, the girls huddled around him for ages and I just took pictures from afar lol. I know I know I shouldve taken a picture with him but I was on my own and felt awkward haha. I have soccorsix for all of that anyway

He has plenty gigs lined up already,including a few small festivals,hopefully he might get on a few of the bigger events as well,that would be amazing for him.

Yeh I have VIP tickets. The crowd was full of young teens. Lol I heard an older friendie say "come on lets get out of here..dont wannna be mugged by teenagers!" Which made me laugh lol

Why does the clip say he's busking - he's there by invitation as a celebrity guest

They set the whole thing up as an underground station (with a train etc) so it was part of the set that he was going back to his busking roots.They even had a guitar case in front of him.

In an interview he said
“I always loved Hamleys as a child, so it's amazing to be invited to perform here. Busking is an important part of who I am and where I've come from, so it will always mean a lot to me as a performer."

Also said

Hamleys CEO Gudjon Reynisson said: "We're delighted to have Luke Friend as our inaugural busker for the Hamleys Underground station.

"Buskers are an iconic part of the London Underground's history and play an important role in lifting commuters' spirits with their fantastic talents, so it's great to bring some of the spirit of the Underground to Hamleys."

He looks like a rock star in the photo but what is so nice about it is that it is completely natural and not posed in any way....

That's what makes Luke so special...he's a true artist and not just a celebrity.
