BTW just throwing it out there the one song I would like to hear Luke sing on the show is Broken by Jake Bugg.

He covered a Jake Bugg song on youtube - I don't think it was that one though.

I'm actually looking forward to the Best of British week - I reckon Luke will have LOADS of options to pick from

Luke's will have a field day with potential song choices that could suit him. This theme is perfect for him.

Broken would be good for Luke... however I can't see any Jake Bugg songs being used on XF seeing as he has slated so many of the acts that have been on there and the show etc.

...BTW anyone else downloaded Luke's XF performances? since they started doing that a few years ago only really downloaded Aiden's stuff and a couple of things from last year.

Also just had a look on i-tunes Singer/Songwriter album chart and Luke's EP Live Ont Sofa is at 22 (1 place above Lucy Spraggan)... wonder if it will go into the top 200 on the i-tunes album chart; the longer he stays on the show it should be a possibility

I can't bring myself to listen to sing off performances of my favorite contestants if they lose the sing off.

The live show performances are the exact from the show except the sound is slightly enhanced so it has a studio effect to it.


Omg serious? That's amazing! That EP is great too, his cover of Sex is absolutely amazing - I wish he does something like that on the live show - he puts in so much depth and passion into it and he is REALLY good at playing guitar too

He should be safe this week because he will smash Week 6's theme, more so than others!

Yeah before week 3 he wasn't getting many votes for favourite but now he's getting loads! Its great

He does seem to be the only acts growing in popularity.

Sam B has always been a show favourite - nothing has changed. The rest have really dropped in popularity [Hannah, Tamera etc]... Luke is the only one to have a positive turn in popularity which is good

I love Luke... Would definitely buy his album he has such a beautiful voice

I no longer have any worries about Luke all my worries ended after disco week. He is here to stay.
