I don't think it was his best performance but I still liked it, especially considering it was quite a boring song

he did a good job,not as good as last week but I enjoyed.He seems to have more and more support ever week so he should be ok tomorrow night

Worried for Luke

I think he could be ok + maybe will get the vote due to the negative comments.

Maybe getting some of the sympathy away from Abi/ Sam C who they probably want out

Just watching his performance back on youtube - he sounds great! Yeh I prefer week 3+4 but he gave it a go even though this genre is SO out of his comfort zone. Judges being too harsh

I'm worried too But i voted a few times this week. In a sense the criticism may be a good thing so his fans don't get complacent. Fingers crossed he's through tomorrow. If he gets eliminated then I am DONE with XF!

I don't think he will be in the bottom two, I think fans are going to vote more due to the negative comments and next week is the Great British song book so he will have so many better songs to chose from & I'm sure this will make him more determined to smash it and pay attention to his vocals more. Not that he has bad vocals because I adore his voice and is constantly listening to his EP haha

Gary and Nicole are probably worried about his growing popularity - as all of their acts seem to be floundering the popularity stakes week on week and they must be aware that there is basically 1 place in the final up for grabs with Sam Bailey and Nicholas being the likeliest top 2 contenders

On the XF performance post for Luke a lot of people disagreed with Garys comments, i hope that bodes well.

I've never voted before but i've voted for Luke twice on the X Factor app. Hopefully he'll get through, otherwise now I can really complain because i've voted !

I must say I am a little worried about tonight but I do think he will be ok.If he does land in the bottom 2(which I dont think he will) he will def be saved over Abi and Sam C and maybe Hannah who are all bottom 2 contenders.

I think he def changed opinions after week 3, last night was just one bad week (I didnt even think it was bad!), if anything people will know it wasnt his best and its most likely down to the theme. Just give him his guitar, a passionate song and the spotlight and he'll blow everyone away!

Exactaly!! It just sucks because on here for the past week everyone was saying how he has changed a lot of peoples views on him because of his performances and was 2nd in the favourites poll and now after this performance suddenly he's next to be in the bottom two?! Like they have completely forgotten his other performances?

Its kinda like Marcus who gave a poor performance of Russian Roulette and everyone thought he'd be b2, only because Marcus wasnt super popular to begin with and everyone underestimated his fanbase. People even thought LM were b2 every week before ET! (Im hoping the same applies for Luke!)

Yes me too!! & I know for a fact if he reaches the final and get's a recording contract he will definitely have better music career than Marcus haha, But it's the great British songbook next week so I think he will smash it!
