I find it frustrating that he is spotted in all the areas I usually go to (Stratford, Greenwich, Waterloo) during the days im not there! If I met him, I'd tell him about this appreciation thread and the amazing people here.

If he blushes when he swears hopefully he won't do it regularly. Some acts swear all the time because it makes them 'cool', but I don't like it. Plus it's not a good example to his younger fans.

Listening to Luke's original music has made me realise how much of a lyrical talent he is. What I love is that his lyrics are meaningful, they are about life, his experiences, he even quotes some of the best movie quotes "We accept he love we deserve".

These days the mainstream charts are full of music which have NO lyrical depth whatsoever. It would be so great to see Luke bringing good music back to the charts!

A thought occurred to me this morning. Remember the clip of Luke and Sam locked out of Wembley the day of the final (Saturday morning)? It was on The Winners Story. Surely that means they were ALREADY filming 'the winners story' before anyone had even sung?

I've not seen the footage because I'm not watching an hour of tripe for a minute of LF, but they knew for weeks sambailey had walked it and would have been filming everyone for their cash-in dvd regardless.

They were filming 'the winner's story' from the first auditions, they just didn't know who'd be starring in the final scenes.
