Agreed. He's perfectly fine the way he is. He mesmerizes me. He silences rooms.

Is that not the X Factor?

I'm shocked that he's compared to Craig. Paul's JH performance was good, whilst Craig makes me want to throw a brick at him when he's on stage, preferably his face because his facial expressions make me throw up.

Well said, he's a damn fine singer..and the charisma is there in the voice..

The rest of it, if it's needed can be picked up..there are plenty of artists who've picked up tricks of the trade along the way with regard to connecting to either a live audience, or via a camera..

He's still very young and like you say perfectly fine the way he is.

However, expecting Walsh to care about the actual quality of his voice above how "pretty," he may, or may not be, is like expecting the Earth to start orbiting the sun in the opposite direction...it's never going to happen.

Ahh Rich, I'm still hopeful that it's just a wind-up for us to get voting for him on a wildcard entry. Otherwise that's X factor over for me this year. Seriously, some years I haven't bothered watching it at all and this situation reminds why!
