Anyone able to log in on Vodafone.co.uk site?

Hi, I seem to always get en error message which says 'An error has occurred whilst trying to process your request' when I try logging in to check my PAYT account. I haven't used this SIM card for some time and have never topped it up before. But first of all, I need to know whether my top-up card has been activated so far, which is why I need to log-in to check. Man, what the heck happened to the days when topping up PAYG SIM cards was a simple process of just phoning up and entering your card details etc....Now we have this confusing crap of having to activate your card blah blah blah and register your credit/debit card with it before you can then finally top up?

So is anyone able to log-in into theirs? I remember when I tried a few months ago on vodafone.co.uk and I also got the same error. Has the site been down since then, or is something wrong with my PAYT account? I haven't even done anything significant with it so far. Man, this is so troublesome.

Its a common problem at the moment. Once you log in, you'll be given this default screen. Just click on 'online billing' at the top of the page, and you'll be sent to your account screen.
