Thank God Louis is going

What a crap judge proved this with having to have all the others around him and he still couldn't decide who to put through.

He always makes a mockery of the whole thing

Despite what he has said, I doubt he'll leave - I can see him back on the panel next year

Louis is fun. Secretly we all like him. He's entertaining and personifies what the show is. I'd hate the panel without him...

Really!

Speak for yourself, I certainly don't 'secretly' like him. He had the chance to put through a very good vocalist who wasn't the boring run of the mill boy band member lookalike, look what he done

He's a fool.

Totally agree, he is a joke and wouldn't know talent if it smacked him in the face.

No he isn't and no I don't.

I have absolutely no time for him and no respect for his opinions, or his "judgment."

I see nothing remotely entertaining about him..but, yep, he does personify what this show is all about..and it's not a thing to recommend the show ..or to be commended..

I'd love to see the back of him, but, like others, I very much doubt it's going to happen....we've heard all this before and each time, it's been "true," and yet, miraculously he reappears..

My guess is, he'll be involved in some sort of drama this year, you know the sort of thing, walking out, pouring a glass of water over Sharon's head (hurrah!) or being involved in some sort of mocked up scandal for headline value..

But, he's going nowhere, more's the pity.

Rich.

I love Louis, think he makes the whole thing fun and entertaining. It won't be the same if he leaves.

He might change his mind next year if Simon returns and stay.

He'll "change his mind," whatever......like I said, he's going nowhere.

He isn't going anywhere. Sharon, Louis and Gary have all said they are leaving after this year but I honestly think if anyone leaves off their own back then it will be Nicole. Failing a Simon/Cheryl return in place of Gary/Nicole, next years panel will probably be the same.

Gary and Louis have been saying its their last series for years. Sharon has been hinting for years that she wanted to come back. She isn't just doing it for a year. No chance. Her finances hit the skids when she left the first time. Whilst Nicole has no career without the show. They're just saving face in case they get axed next year, and then they can turn round and say they were leaving anyway.

He's great when he has the annual joke act. He let himself down this year ditching Barclay the yodeller.

I find him as entertaining as the contents of a filled Tena pad

Louis being there or not is immaterial as it isn't the judges that make the decisions. This has been widely known for years and is obvious when you think about it. The judges are effectively actors.

Why were all those others there anyway? It was probably harder to make a decision with them all having their say.

The man is a joke. Get ready for. It was a bit karaoke or a bit cruise ship. Or I have heard you are not liked backstage.

Louis said on the radio today, "we turn up and do what we are told" and we put through the three that will garner the most votes aka make money for the show. He is following orders and so are the rest.
