Shaping up to be the most average lives ever?
I think so after last night, plus only one potential star tonight and a couple of other decent ones.

TBH though I don't think you can tell from JH etc.
I mean the lives change everything - Rhydian anyone? or for the worse Nu Vibe etc. You just can't tell |

Unfortunately I agree
![]() I can't even remember most of the contestants' names this year, most of them seem so forgettable. Completely underwhelmed

None of the first 6 through have a chance of winning, haven't seen anyone who is going to be a superstar

Yes, most definitely. When you have average contestants like Hannah and Tamera as the potential winner then it must be.

I wish Paul had got through last night - I think he was a potential dark horse worth an outside bet.
Do you think it was Paul who Louis was on about when he said "he can't win - people won't pick up the phone to vote for him"? I also had a soft spot for Zoe Devlin who I was gutted didn't get through. |

The producers seem to have loaded it so that their two or three favourites reach the final. A very risky strategy though and could give us a mediocre series.

The non selection of people that you can really root for makes it all rather dull. With the rumoured final 12 I couldnt care who wins and who goes each week. Nobody apart from maybe Nicholas stands out as having the likablity factor and he is never going to be a chart topping pop star.

Yesterday I liked Lorna. Tonight so far I'm not that impressed. None are bad but none are that good either, just decent enough. But we have only seen two of them.

I was talking about this with my mum earlier and we were saying how we literally couldn't remember any of their names this year, apart from Joseph and that's only because of the tantrum he had. There's no one really memorable who stands out.

I think Tamera has potential but that's it.
The only other one I like is Abi really. |

Yes, it's going to be rubbish now Giles and Joseph have been eliminated. Absolute tosh, with most acts left being embarrassingly mediocre. Only half decent ones left are tamera, abi, miss dynamix and prison officer Sam.

The only one standing out for me so far is the prison officer....whatever her name is.
