Which early favourite will be eliminated at the semi final?

Every year it tends to be one of the acts shoved down our throats before the live shows, or one of the bookies favourites going into the live shows, to lose momentum and voted off on the semi final.

This year it seems to be Miss Dynamix, Tamera and Sam Bailey that are the early favourites, so it will probably be one of those three.

I agree (on the basis that they get that far).

Isn't there usually a shock elimination in week 5 or 6??

I predict Hannah will be the shock exit in Week 5.

Tamera is 4th place I think.

Yes but this one isn't really a shock, it tends to be someone who is a favourite now but will slowly lose momentum over the weeks. Previous contestants eliminated at the semi final include Tabby, Brenda, Ben, Niki, Diana, Danyl, Mary, Misha B and Union J. Bit of a question mark over Union J because they were in the bottom 2 a few times, but a definite trend with the rest.

Personally, I can see Sam B being eliminated at the semi-final. Sam C will be the "shock" elimination on Week 5.

Nicholas would be most fitting to that line -up Not quite the overwhelming favourite but a good bet to win

I think he'll be like Union J though find himself in bottom a lot dunno why

Wasn't Misha B also in the bottom 2 a few times? Janet was probably the bigger shock that season the week before. She was massively popular, in spite of her declining performances.

I don't think the semi final is necessarily where we see a shock elimination. It usually comes a bit earlier, if you think of Aiden Grimshaw, Janet Devlin and Ella Henderson. I think it'll be Nicholas McDonald this year. He seems like the producers' favourite boy going into it, but I just don't think he has the vocal ability to get the backing of the public.

I'm not saying its a shock elimination, I'm just saying someone who was a front runner at the start of the live shows, or at the very least was shoved down our throats. Misha was definitely that.

Ah, I see. Yeah, fair point.
