I use a pair of Sennheiser wireless headphones to listen to the TV / radio / music playing in the living room while wandering around doing housework. Is there some kind of adapter (FM receiver?) which would convert the wireless signal to line-level output I could feed to the stereo system in my bedroom? Would be more convenient when showering, dressing or doing other stuff where wearing the headphones is not so feasible?

I have a solar powered radio in my bathroom which my iphone connects to.

This means my NAS can stream music and I can take the radio anywhere in the house with me.

I don't know if this help you or not

these likely use 1 of 3 selectable fm channels. wireless speakers are also avalable on same principle. problem here is, there are specific frequencies for europe, but the senheiser probably uses the different usa frequencies.

best solution is probably purchase separate additional "european standard" wireless fm speakers, including the wireless transmitter. i know thats feeding two different wireless systems together which is awkward.

look for wireless speakers from amazon/tesco /argos/ rtc .....

Why on earth would a German company manufacturing and selling products in the EU use American frequencies?
