Well, that's not great, but expected.

Queen of the south - 1.35 mill (season finale)

But expected following the America's Got Talent final.
To be honest, with America's Got Talent getting a 3.1 rating, I'd say Blindspot getting a 1.6 rating isn't that great (Masterchef got 1.5 and that was up against America's Got Talent). I suspect it's going to struggle this season...
