The 2016 Emmys were completely trounced by Sunday Night Football:

Oh I assumed you meant SNF not the Emmy's. I'm not sure any annual TV event gets higher ratings than Sunday football besides the Oscars.

Interesting move by CBS to move NCISLA to Sundays after 60 Minutes. I would have thought a show like Downton Abbey was more suited to facing off against football.

Great start for TGP and KCW. Supergirl season 1 reruns on CW are rating well.

Interesting to see Lucifer up on Gotham (which happened for the first time for Gotham's last episode last season). Lucifer also grew so it could adjust up to 1.4.

Big Bang where I expected really, Kevin did well. Great start for The Good Place, yes sure a 2.6/2.0 drop is large but 2.0 for 10 30pm is good nevertheless.

The Voice returned well.

An Ok start for Gotham and Lucifer, If they maintain those ratings Fox should be happy but I fear we may see Fractional ratings by the Spring with the usuall ratings declines as the year goes on, though Gotham does seem to have a really loyal audience and that audience seems to stay tuned for Lucifer as well so both may remain in the 1.1-1.4 range all season

The Big Bang Theory way down from last years season opener but still a Beast in Todays Ratings climate, Kevin Can Wait performed well enough but can't really judge the ratings for that show until it dosn't have the Big Bang Theroy lead In which moves to Thursday late October.

Tuesday final ratings: ‘NCIS,’ ‘Brooklyn Nine-Nine’ adjust up...

(but not by much)

Abysmal for Scream Queens, beats me why they brought it back?

FOX said at the time they renewed SQ because it did well on social media.

But i also think it was renewed because FOX had such a terrible year last season with new shows, they had to renew something.

I'm happy for This is Us.

i watched it and was extremely surprised. It was warm, had a good story, great characters, good actors and a surprising twist at the end that I loved.

Grey's anatomy, How to get away with murder, Superstore, Chicago Med, The Blacklist and Rosewood all return tonight

The Good Place airs it's third episode in what will be it's usual time slot. As well as the debut of Notorious and Pitch

I used to look forward to Thursday (Friday morning) especially with the CBS comedy slot, but the only show that appeals is 'The Good Place', admittedly the CBS slot is taken over by Football this week.

Looks like Friday night (Saturday Morning) is the new Thursday for me.

Last Man Standing, Dr Ken, MacGyver, Girl Meets World, Blue Bloods and Z Nation. And maybe Van Helsing and The Exorcist.
