I know all that I'm refering to using viewers as a mesauring point when a show gets the same demo as it's series low
Say for example a show airs 100 episodes to then Rank every episode in any sort of table from high-low the ties (in this Instance a 1.1) would be ranked by viewers
You will see When sites list daily ratings for example on TV By the Numbers they will split ties by viewers as well
