I watched MWP and KCW the other week. Awful awful shows. They are as awful as i thought they were back when i watched the promos back in may. I suppose when it comes to my comedy, i like my sitcoms a bit out there. I don't like normal all american family sitcoms. This is probs why i never liked The Cosby Show and preferred shows like Married With Children when i was growing up.

I agree the totally wooden Matt LePlank is hopeless, I really don't know how he keeps getting work. Superstore, The Middle & Life in Pieces are my 3 favourites.

I agree MWP is awful even though i have been watching it im usually doing something else at the same time. KCW is slightly better (but only just), but it did annoy me the other week when they had Ray Romano on, as it was just like going back to 4Q. Never liked The Cosby Show at all and like you preferred Married with Children. Think that is why i like The Middle, although its a family comedy, its quirky and they are all different and it blends very well.

Although i thought he was good on Top Gear. Although he didnt have to try much to be better than Evans.

Monday Finals

2BG did adjust up to 1.3 which i thought it might do. Conviction adjusted down 0.2 to 0.6 so it was the same as last week and got the same demo again as American Dad. Its really going out badly for a show that could get a season 2 according to ABC, but wont.

http://www.spoilertv.com/2016/12/fin...or-monday.html

In other news which is of no surprise at all. CW had its largest weekly audience last week for DCWEEK since December 2010

http://www.spoilertv.com/2016/12/the...nce-since.html

I believe from looking, in 2010 CW had TVD, 90210, OTH, Gossip Girl, Nikita, Smallville, Supernatural, and America's Next Top Model that year.

Whilst I’d agree Man with a Plan is fairly un-inspirational, I’d say that’s a little harsh about Matt LeBlanc.
His performance in Friends was classic, and his performance in Episodes was brilliant (final season due to air next year).
And he appears to be a genuinely nice person, not that that has anything to do with his acting abilities.

Although i thought he was good on Top Gear. Although he didnt have to try much to be better than Evans.
I’d agree, I thought he was good on Top Gear, and I’m glad he’ll be the main host of the next series. Hopefully he’ll continue to grow into the role. Not that I thought Chris Evans was that bad, there just appeared to be a lynch mob out for him from the very beginning which I thought was a little unfair (but not necessarily surprising). But that’s a discussion for another thread in this forum.

Give me Matt Leblanc over someone like Kevin James anyday. Kevin James has to be one of the most unfunniest comedic actors I have seen.

It wasn't cancelled just that it wouldn't get any additional episodes

Its the new Cancelled but officially ABC have said it is still in contention for a season 2 and I believe they retained the Contracts of the Cast to prevent them going to any other shows

A season 2 almost certainly wont happen but officially we wont know until May

This Is Us matches it's pilot demo. Scream Queens takes a surprising boost and hits it's highest demo since the premiere.

Wow at This Is Us it is doing amazing numbers and constantly doing it as well. In fact it has not been lower than 2.3 and that was against the World Series which is still a very impressive number.

Scream Queens has been hitting 0.5 for the last couple of weeks which a series low. It surely will be cancelled.

Thanks. Its really annoying that they are doing this, but they are all doing it this year. ABC have indeed retained the Contracts of the Cast. That was why i put it that ABC have said it could get a season 2 as that is the official line.

I know it's tied loosely, very loosely the Marvels universe and all that rubbish, but just how come this has not be axed. Heck it should have gone two years ago.

But do we get to hear of the imminent demise of AOS, no, there's to be ANOTHER spin off. Is it any wonder ABC is in the toilet?

It's a cross promotion between Marvel Television and ABC who are both owned by Disney.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marvel_Television

In other words it's a television commercial for the movies which suck ass in my opinion but make lots of money for Disney so won't be axed.

Part of my issue is that it isn't even remotely tied in these days, with the exception of dragging up sundry Marvel characters there is virtually no connection between the MCU and AOS now.

And they are doing a big splash on Inhumans when they get around to it... If they get around to it. Cos I noted the spin off with the exes never happened. Did they actually film a pilot for that?

Hairspray did ok, Blackish hits a series low and Designated Survivor edges slightly towards the danger zone.

Thursday Earlies

Only posting as Monster has not posted them yet.

That is a massive drop for Notorious. Dropping 0.3 from its season low of 0.8, dont think it has helped that its not aired for 3 weeks and then in a different time slot. Mom rising back up to 1.4 from its previous last 2 weeks of 1.2 and 1.3, be intresting if it keeps it or adjusts down.

Forgot to say CBS was pre-empted in certain markets so their may be adjustments for them. It was also the series finale for Notorious of course.
