Elf: Buddy’s Musical Christmas was the only new show to be adjusted downwards, the rest were all reruns:
http://www.spoilertv.com/2016/12/fin...nesday_46.html And that's about it for 2016, can't see there being much to report on until the New Year. |

Yeah dont think their will be much at all until New Year as it is all repeats. However im interested to see if No Tomorrow hits 0.1 on 27th as its a new episode that is airing with a repeat of Flash. Certainly can see it hitting 0.2 but it may hit 0.1

No Tomorrow got a 0.2 in early ratings for last night's new episode. This tied its series low.

So Ransom debuts tonight on CBS, will probably get decent numbers due to being its premiere and the fact it airs after double-bill football and 60 minutes so will have a decent lead-in. But fully expect it to drop like a stone on moving to Saturday.
The Mick also premieres tonight and likewise will get decent numbers as its also double-bill football on Fox which will inflate numbers although not as much as usual due to their being double-header on CBS as well. B99 then airs its winter finale double episode. Having said all that, dont think we are looking at spectacular numbers due to the fact that NBC have a divisional title match-up at the same time. But who knows lol |

That is a good start for The Mick, i would say inflated due to football as is normal with Fox when they have the double-header, seen they always get boosts on The Simpsons with it.
Disaster for CBS with Ransom though but no surprise. Think they knew it was going to flop though and that is why they have put it on a Saturday. They can spin it and say their trying something new and can make some claims no matter what it does, which im sure they will do at some point. Just to add Happy New Year to everyone and welcome back Monster, its good to have you back and i hope you had a good break. |

Thanks Brian. And i did thanks. Hope you had a good one
I decided to look up Ransom and i found out it is not only produced by CBS, but it is a co-production between germany, france, and canada as well. So i wonder if the show's future is likely determined by how it does worldwide. Not just on CBS |

So i wonder if the show's future is likely determined by how it does worldwide. Not just on CBS I had not thought of looking at that, just presumed it was a mainly CBS or at least American studio. That may explain why they have dumped it on a Saturday so to speak. As its not all their money with being shared and success for them not going to be the only requirement for a further pick-up, and they can try something new. Although having seen it they may have decided what i said previously and that it was going to be flop and they could use some spin. Less risk trying a total new day with something that is not all your money. |

Ouch. Quite the drop for The Mick. FOTB scored a season high. |

The Royals - 460k The Affair - 480k The Mick adjusted from 2.4 to 2.8 Conviction is just going even lower and the sooner its gone the better for ABC. Think they should have burned it off over Christmas instead of moving it to Sunday as it is just going to be embarrassing for them, if it can be more embarrassing that it ![]() On last night's early, it is a big drop. But if it had not been for the double-header football on Sunday it would not have been so high, maybe in the region of 1.6-1.8 for its premiere so a drop to 1.3 is actually not bad. The Simpsons quite often goes from 3 to 1.5 if their is no double-header. New Girl big increase in its earlier start time, only been doing 0.8 in its 8.30pm slot and jumps to 1.1 in the 8pm slot, and The Mick increased on that. Bones was a poor start though only getting 0.9 for its premiere. |

For Tuesday finals when you look at them, you can say that ABC, CBS, and NBC can be happy with their night as they are all getting respectable figures. Yes ABC do drop as the night goes on to 1.0 at 9.30pm for Real O'Neals but up to that it is good.

ABC increasing for the whole night last night from their last new episodes on the 13th Dec. Just shows how well their decision to make 2 comedy nights has done this season. Shame about their other days in general.
