FOX:
The Simpsons- 6.65m (2.9)
Family Guy- 4.51m (2.2)

CBS:
60 Mins- 11.03m (1.6)
The Amazing Race- 7.99m (1.5)
The Good Wife- 9.50m (1.3)
The Mentalist- 10.62m (1.5)

ABC:
Funniest Home Videos- 6.69m (1.5)
The AMA's- 12.90m (4.5)
Very good result for AMA's as apparently it was a 4-year high for the award show. Not surprised since there were many high-profiled performers, presenters and nominees for the night. The Simpsons spiked up, which was a surprise but a bit of a disappointing number for Family Guy. I was pissed off at last night's episode of FG though. Poor CBS. All their lineup is below a 2 and I think they are last place broadcast network for Sunday night!!!! This has to be embarrassing. The Mentalist's number must hurt so much, both in viewers and demos since Red John was finally revealed. However, I stopped watching The Mentalist after season 3, when the reveal was another "fake-out" at that time. Seriously, by the time they reveal that crap now, no one really cares and some viewers might still call bluff.

Not surprised to be honest as this season has been scrappy, enjoyed the first two but imop three was stretching things too far.

Hawaii Five-0 needs to go as well, demos are poor, it's not helped either by slot, script and a very poor female excuse for an actress who appears to have joined the team meaning that the hottie Grace is either being sidelined or dropped. And the constant arrogance and bickering by the two leads must affect the demos as who in their right mind wants to see that.

And finally how the hell is The Big Bang Theory getting 5.3 demo and 18 million viewers, it's getting weaker as each season/episode airs and dare I say it but the character Leonard is pointless now and the abysmal lack of Penny is hurting the show, us guys need a hottie in order to sit through this show, not a notties and and almost hottie hogging the screen.

Sheldon still rocks though.

These are final Live + Same Day ratings after adjustments have been made. Those shows in their 3rd season and therefore only needing 1 season for syndication have an * as they would need something catastrophic to happen for them to be cancelled. The Differences columns are the difference in the demo from its last outing & difference in total viewers from its last outing.

There is very little between The Good Wife & The Mentalist, if CBS decides to renew one of them, its anybody’s guess which will be the victor.

CBS had the best week but by a tiny margin in ratings & viewers, meanwhile NBC had the worst week down 0.9 in the demo & 1.00m viewers.

Worrying for Almost Human
Its from the "makers of Fringe" so will be getting a Fringe sized audience. I am loving this karmic downfall of FOX, they cancelled Terra Nova which wasn't performing that badly in the ratings for being too expensive, but if no one actually watches your shows isn't that even more expensive? It would be a great thing if they could be overhauled by the CW.

I forgot about that one!!! I think The CW promoted the heck out of that one since it had Sarah Michelle Gellar in it. It was a shame that it didn't do well because the story was pretty decent. If anything, I would have immediately canceled Gossip Girl and gave Ringer a second chance. Gossip Girl was on their last legs and they performed horribly in the ratings. If I had known that Gossip Girl was going to have a crap and terrible ending, I would have not wasted a short 10-episode final season run on them. Hell, I would have cancelled that show after season three, since it was getting slaughtered by The Hills on MTV at the time. Seriously, Gossip Girl's final episode was the worst series finale, ever. Then again, everyone from that show were easily detestable.
Ah my two favourite shows ever How i miss them I actually really liked the ending to Gossip Girl, i don't understand why so many people hated it? I liked the weddings and i liked the reveal of GG, overall it made sense to me to have Dan as GG. I would have preferred if they kept it as Georgina though.

The ratings for Parks and Recreation and The Good Wife are really low so I hope they both survive!

Monday final ratings. The Voice and Mom adjust up!

CBS:
How I Met Your Mother- 7.64m (2.9)
2 Broke Girls- 7.82m (2.7)
Mike and Molly- 8.48m (2.5)
Mom- 7.36m (2.3)
Hostages- 5.62m (1.1)

NBC:
The Voice- 11.52m (3.4)
The Blacklist- 10.96m (3.0)

ABC:
DWTS- 14.61m (2.2)
Castle- 11.41m (2.1)

FOX:
Almost Human- 6.12m (1.9)
Sleepy Hollow- 6.56m (2.2)

CW:
Hart of Dixie- 1.01m (0.4)
Beauty and the Beast- 740,000 (0.3)

Mom adjusts up, isn't that it's 2nd highest rating in term of viewers and in demo? It's doing well considering it started with 7.99m, other CBS shows have dropped a lot, but Mom is solid as a rock!

In terms of just viewers, a massive climb for Sleepy Hollow compared to the early ratings and also huge viewer climb for Hostages. In general, CBS did very well!

Please just put BatB out of its misery!

I liked the weddings and i liked the reveal of GG, overall it made sense to me to have Dan as GG. I would have preferred if they kept it as Georgina though.
I would have preferred it to be either Georgina, Chuck or Blair to be honest. The thing about Dan is that he has no redeemable qualities about his character whatsoever. He always appears to be mopey, depressed and passive aggressive. He loves playing the victim too. I thought the reason for having him as GG was another stupid attempt to justify his excuses for being a pathetic character. Chuck was even more likable than Dan was, even if Chuck was the douchebag of the show.

Back to the ratings, Gossip Girl was one of the shows which did well in its first season but started declining down and further down from second season onwards. They were never the ratings darlings for The CW. Realistically, as I said with my earlier post, GG would have been cancelled by season 3 or 4 as their ratings were at very low levels. However, because Dawn Ostroff (former CW exec) loved it so much, it got to stay a bit longer. The ratings for GG and 90210 (esp. the final season) really showed that viewers were over them at that point, as people already moved on to ABC Family.

Can't believe that a nearly 50 year special got the same demo as The Voice, come to think of it, a lot of these specials like Charlie Brown do very well.

Based on well twitter search , it seems to be an annual tradition for many especially Charlie Brown.

Along with the "Hocus Pocus" movie on Halloween and "The Ten Commandments" during Easter .

The Originals is just doing incredibly! I still haven't started it but I should now that I have caught up on TVD and am now on the current season. I thought TO would struggle and be at the same level as TTP and Reign (0.6-0.7), but to have it above 1.0 and with the Top 3 of CW (TVD, SPN and Arrow) is brilliant.

These 4 are guaranteed another season. But no idea about Reign and TTP, Reign is .1 higher than TTP, but then again generally, TVD gets a better demo than Arrow, so TTP retains more of Arrows audience (0.6 out of 1.0 generally) than Reign does of TVD audience (0.7 out of 1.3 generally).

Interesting article about the downfall of ABC and how the President of the network may need to be let go as the network has had more failures over the last 3/4 years than hits

Didn't post the earlies, but here's the final Weds ratings:

CBS:
Survivor- 10.63m (2.6)

ABC:
The Middle- 7.41m (1.9)
Back in The Game- 5.12m (1.4)
Modern Family- 9.47m (3.2)
Super Fun Night- 4.77m (1.6)
Nashville- 5.70m (1.6)

NBC:
Christmas in Rockerfeller Centre- 9.74m (2.3)
SNL Christmas- 7.42m (2.6)

FOX:
The X Factor- 5.41m (1.4)

The CW:
Arrow- 3.24m (1.2)
The Tomorrow People- 1.74m (0.6)

ABC was down for all of its show which is a shame. I've only kind of starting watching The Middle. Arrow is doing brilliantly and ties a season high with 1.2 as well as I think a season high in terms of total viewers. I reckon it could be hitting 1.3-1.4 if it wasn't against The X Factor and Survivor.

Edit- It was Arrows highest ratings in terms of viewers since Ep 14 of Season 1 on Feb 13th and before that, the highest since Episode 8 of S1.

Just read the initial ratings for Thursday. Everything seems to be affected by great numbers for NBC and Carrie Underwood for Sound of music live. I love reading the comments on zap2it because there are some really passionate people on the site. Many see a battle between TTP and Reign for renewal especially when star crossed and the 100 start. I have watched Reign and I have never ever come across such drivel. Obviously many Americans don't care a bit for history! Not only that but the scripts are appalling. Anyway it is interesting to see what happens. Many really like it. The CW is really the only network that can work with low numbers so they might all survive.

18m viewers and a 4.6 for a solid 3 hours for the Sound of Music live musical on NBC - they must be delighted with that - I would never have guessed it would be such a smash.
