I bet that wasabi sauce is a tongue burner ? The hot sauce I buy is Maggi Extra Hot Chilli Sauce which is delicious http://www.ecklee.co.uk/ProdImg/Mcseh_1_Zoom.jpg |

Like the OP I have a wide variety of sauces- one I see missing from the pic is Teryaki.
I have a multitude of oils. Olive Oil - extra virgin, virgin, fino and light. Peanut or groundnut oil. Sesame Oil. Rapeseed Oil. Sunflower Oil. Walnut Oil. Truffle Oil. My other weakness is vinegar. Balsamic Malt vinegar White vinegar Sherry vinegar Red wine vinegar White wine vinegar Cider vinegar Rice vinegar. They all have a place in my kitchen and though some are used infrequently they do have long use by dates. |

It would depend on which cupboard we are talking about as to its contents.

Ditto and if I buy anymore Lock and Lock boxes there will be a divorce
![]() don't start I sorted my clip lock boxes out on Sunday! I sneaked a big bag up the attic which hubby's just converted to be another room not pantry! I just love storage jars, plastic boxes etc but I tend to keep them 'for best' too! I'm trying to get better, really! Even our home in Turkey is almost a replica of our cupboards here - except I don't have a pantry.![]() I have all my spices filed in big boxes with handles! Then there's the lentil box, the rice, aww goodness I could go on - then there's drawers of gadgets, the ones ' you have to have'! ![]() We've spent so much on excess baggage replicating our kitchen in Turkey - my MIL took my ricer & some of my silicone bakeware tho'! She doesn't even use it & she hates potatoes - I'll have them on my list to sneak out again - fortunately I'm 5' 10" and she's 5' - so as soon as we arrive everything goes on the top shelf/ cupboard! |

Another Ditto ![]() We have a house in Spain which is much like our kitchen in UK and luckily (or unluckily my OH said) we drive over so can bring what we want but it costs a fortune to replicate everything. When I bought a Vitamix he put his foot down at buying 2 of those. ![]() I don't smuggle clothes into our house but plastic boxes and contents of Lakeland. |

She issues orders ( this year was a walnut grinder from Lakeland - she's not happy with it! I told hubby & he went mad. Then there was a blood pressure machine ( for the wrist) I told hubby they're not good - she doesn't like it. I could go on!![]() We did drive out there years ago and bought MIL a microwave - she didn't like it - now she's seen ours she wants one. We bought a flat screen TV & she had to have one - we bought it. We bought an extending kitchen table - she wanted one, we bought it! I'm ranting but I do like her but she does my head in! She's 75 and won't use her new cutlery! ![]() I would never take a Lakeland catalogue with me!

I have a slight addiction to the Heinz Garlic and Chipotle Hot sauce!! My favourite of the moment is the Cholula Chilli Garlic. I was surprised with the Heinz hot sauces as sometimes when the big brands dip their toes into different products they don't do too well but the Habanero is fruity and has quite the kick and the jalepeno is mild and tangy. I have tried the Cholula Chipolte with has a nice smokey edge but haven't tried the Heinz. |

I also have a wide variety of flour.
Plain and self raising Wholemeal Strong bread flour white and wholemeal Cornflour Rice flour Spelt Buckwheat - I have a friend with allergies. Soya flour Also have a range of sugars. White granulated Caster sugar Icing sugar Sugar lumps Light brown and dark brown sugar Demerara Muscavado Molasses sugar Palm sugar (if that counts) I keep telling myself to keep my larder more simple but even after a purge it doesn't take long for me to fill it up again with ingredients that I might use only rarely. |
