I want to transfer my apps from my iPhone 4s to 5s.
I have transferred all other things from my iCloud..

I have a MacBook laptop
I can't see no possible way to transfer my apps from old phone to new phone..

I've tried to backup and restore 4s and it tells me I have to disable find my phone.

But when I do this it tells me I am to accept the new Apple terms and conditions, click on that and then it just says server busy..

Its drving me mad..

can anyone help me please??

Your Apps are all stored in the purchased section in the App store where you will just have to download them again onto your phone.

Authorise your computer to the same Apple ID using iTunes then transfer purchases. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1848

Download latest version of iTunes, plug your 4s into laptop, back up phone to itunes.

You can just look for your apps in the App Store on your new phone and download them, they will be free as long as your using the same Apple ID

Have you tried looking in the App Store on the 5s?
Open App Store, select Updates, select Purchased.
Does it not then show any of your apps?

Are you sure you set up the phone with the same Apple ID you used with the 4s?
It should of been a simple process of backing up 4s to iCloud then setting up 5s by selecting Restore from iCloud Backup and all apps should start downloading automatically.
How exactly did you set up the 5s?

This.. something must have been done wrongly. Like backing up to iCloud only, not the latest iTunes or the like.

And even without a backup, the apps should all be present within the Purchased section.

Providing of coarse the phone was setup using the same Apple ID used on the 4s.
