You see Luisa every couple of days invited to every showbiz bash under the sun

Flashing lots of flesh which the daily mail enjoy reporting on.

However Leah doesn't get invited to any of this stuff

So what became of Leah did she get anywhere with her clinics

Very early days. She only won in July, so there hasn't really been enough time yet. As I recall, we didn't hear anything from Ricky's business until after a year later.

I don't think its a negative thing that she isn't in the headlines as much as Luisa because at least she isn't in the headlines for negative reasons.

I would think Dr. Leah is rather too busy setting up her business with Lord Sir Alan to be gallivanting about falling out of her dress at every opening of an envelope and generally acting like a TOWIE zeleb.
Makes me wonder if "Bakers Toolkit" will ever actually happen...

Setting up a chain of cosmetic surgery centres is probably a long and involved process, considering all the legal requirements, recruiting qualified staff and so forth. It wouldn't be anything like, say, Tom's nail file business, where there was an existing product that just needed its production and marketing ramped up.

And that's overlooking the possibility that Leah might just not care about or be comfortable with going to the type of events that Luisa frequents.

if I were an investor in Luisa's business I would be worried about
a) where does she find the time to run her businesses? and
b) who's paying for her 'socializing' expenses (including her winning bid of £3,000 for a child's scooter at a charity auction)?

I suspect Luisa was rich before. I suspect she is worth even more with the media coverage she now.

She's busy starting a business. She was at an Irish TV awards ceremony a couple of weeks ago, mind. She does participate. She's just a bit more - dare I say - businesslike.

There once was a doctor named Totten
Whose cosmetics idea was rotten
Still in her mid-twenties
She won The Apprentice
And months later she was forgotten

Im pretty sure that Leah is working hard as an A&E doctor as well as setting up her new clinic(s).

She probably doesn't have the time or the inclination to do all the "showbiz" stuff Luisa does... she isn't a media whore!

I was walking past on Shaftsberry Avenue with some mates.

There was a party going on around the back. They were so desperate for people to fill out the numbers they were asking people off the street (ie us) if we wanted to go to the party. We said we were going to China Town to get something to eat. It looked dire.

Alls well with the world. The prudish Mail is there for every see through shot it can find. The figures were interesting - Luisa gets 7 pictures on her own. Leah 1.

Leah obviously has to look more serious - though her dress is advertising her looks too - but she also needs publicity or people will ask Dr Leah Who? when they see her adverts..

They both appear on the TV spot for Bad Grandpa too.
