Didn't want to hijack the previous thread but thought it might be worth reminding / alerting forum members to a recent Windows 7 hotfix that adds functionality to the built in disk clean up tool. More info here:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2852386

It gives the opportunity to delete outdated Windows Updates ie those superseded by later ones. I ran it on my laptop this morning and it cleaned just over 5GB of space. If you are running short of space it might be worth trying but you must have SP1 installed.

Did you click the "Clean Up System Files" button?

You need to look at the original thread I started just a couple of hours before this one.

I don't know why this thread was started.

Um, your thread made no sense. You can't recover 300GB by deleting WinZip.
