Jukebox Wallbox/iPod Adapter Serving Two Wallboxes.
I've two vinyl jukeboxes in our summer house at the bottom of our garden. My wife won't let me have either in the house as they are large and each weigh over 300lb. Which is fair enough.
A compromise has been reached with these I bought on eBay over the last year or so and wired up in our front room. She doesn't go in there that often! Both wallboxes are in excellent condition. They work by sending pulse train signals as in an old-fashioned telephone. The adapter which replaces a three-foot cubed jukebox "hideaway" in a bar cellar or back room, recognises which make and model wallbox by the code you name the iTunes playlist. The "science stuff" is in the Youtube write up. The connections are a bit of a "dogs dinner" but are quite simple to change. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IXFX8TK3tjU |
