Lair of the White Worm isn't soppy.

All the Friday The 13th sequels. I have an old Halliwell's Film Guide and by about the 8th installment of film, a critic said that 'the certificate states you have to be 18 to watch the film. I say you have to be mad.'

Quantum Apocalypse.

Apparently made for the Syfy Channel. Some joker put it out on Blu Ray in the UK though it looks like it was shot on VHS.

Try watching An Awfully Big Adventure - you'd be surprised - for me its his best performance (and he acted Alan Rickman off the screen).

So anything directed by James Cameron and anything sci-fi and/or action based?

Surely you can see some merit in all of those films? (except Transformers, I'll give you Transformers) Whatever you think they certainly aren't worst of the worst, against the Geneva convention bad...

The Room. Surely someone involved in its creation must have realised how terrible it was going to turn out?

Oh yeah, there was this film called Three with Kelly Brook and Billy Zane. It was the most awful acting ever.

Films made "for legal reasons" are usually pretty awful. A bunch of talentless hacks putting out something made with the bare minimum of effort, just to stop their rights to the property expiring. Examples include:
Creepshow 3
Day of the Dead 2: Contagium
Hellraiser: Revelations

Oh come on. Die Hard is one of the best action films ever made. It makes no sense whatsoever to name the original and none of the sequels, which just got worse as they went on. Similarly Aliens is about as far away from a terrible film as you can get. Poor effort.

No was just messing, especially with Die Hard, Aliens & Terminator 2. Not sure about Titanic, Transformers (all) & certain Marvel Films though.

Alone in the Dark (2005)
The Driller Killer
Alone in the Dark
The Children (almost 'so bad that it's good')
Alone in the Dark
Robo Geisha (stylish, but bloody incoherent)
Alone in the Dark
The Spirit
Alone in the Dark
Blade 3 (I still refuse to acknowledge it as part of the Blade series)
Alone in the Dark
Fat Slags
Have I already mentioned Alone in the Dark?

We clearly have very different ideas on what constitutes a tolerable film.

I had to switch Crouching Tiger off because the flying scenes were just so ridiculous. Karate Kid is a kids film. I suspect that you are just taking the Micky with Best of the Best.
