...or thereabouts, to celebrate the 10th anniversary?

I would personally like to see 12 or 14 contestants invited back for a live show - each couple would dance one of their favourite dances from their original series with a parner (hopefully their original), and the judges as usual would score each couple and, viewes would vote and a winner would be crowned.

I personally think this would be a great way to celebrate 10 years.

I would also like to see a documentary, showing the story of Strictly etc, presented by Tess and Bruce (especially seeing as this might be Bruce's last series).

What would you like to see for the 10th anniversary, if anything?

It's sports relief again this year isn't it? They could probably do a christmas special style one off show with a sports theme, it would fit both the 10th anniversary and sports relief theme.

Ooh good thread. Wld love this. Champion of Champions wld be good but not going to be realistic for those that won at the beginning. How about a pro dance off. Strictly no dancing with their usual partners eg ola and james etc. Throw in a team tess and team claudia element ooh get them to dance off too ? Ok am rambling now

It's a good idea, a suitable way for celebrating this significant anniversary and (fingers crossed) a way for Brucie to retire gracefully and be put out to stud.

I know that would probably mean having to endure Widdy, but I could deal with that if I had some wine.

I'd go for a 'people who should have won but didn't' - Zoe Ball (because that would mean seeing Ian again!), Austin Healey (ditto Erin), and Colin Jackson (Erin can dance twice, can't she?!) can start the list....

I agree, it would be great to bring back past contestants for one night only( including the results show) but rather than just put it on the TV, how about putting it on at the cinema and having a strictly night?
The cinemas are putting on opera, ballets and concerts so why not do this?
I would love to go and watch it on a huge screen, with other fans

Something in the same vain as the Stars in their Eyes 10th Anniversary would be perfect, all the winners back for their favourite dance and a public vote to determine champion of champions (It'll never happen due to Alesha's commitments to BGT around that time and the fact that Kaplinsky has said outright she didn't enjoy it but if no obstacles that's what I'd love to see

A strictly superfan special where viewing members of the public are paired up with their favourite pro partner.
