Week 3 - 5 Thoughts
1) I really want to like Susanna and for her to do well but am finding it difficult to warm to her.
2) Natalie was fantastic but for Week 3 that was far too good - although Artem in a cow onesie did make me laugh out. 3) I'm enjoying Mark more and going off Dave - hope the latter isn't the new Lisa cling on. 4) Another great routine from Ola for Ashley - obviously both such hotties and I wouldn't mind seeing them win. 5) Even with Bruce back the show did have a decent pace with not too many ramblings and all judges commented. |

1. LOVED Natalie, Artem- well, not so much.
(jk)2. Ashley, Deborah and Mark, I also liked a lot. 3. I worry that Dave might be believing the hype, but love Karen in all this. 4. Nice cake for Ola and James, Brucie seemed out of the loop there. 5. Still too many dancing to remember all the dances...or it is my old age....? Last edited by BelgoLift : 12-10-2013 at 20:40. 1) Didn't enjoy tonight nearly as last week (mostly cos Bruce was back, and the lovey-dovey VTs
2) Susanna very overmarked. When I watched her dance I was very underwhelmed - she didn't deserve nines. 3) KEEP DAVE IN! Gave him 3 of my 5 online votes ![]() 4) So many 7s! ![]() 5) I didn't like the love heart paddles

1. All the amateur dancers upped their game and did very well
2. Natalie could have been given 10s, which suggests to me that her training puts her at such an unfair advantage that she shouldn't be on the show at all. 3. Dave. Just....Dave. 4. Julien needs to go. 5. Vanessa IS Miss Slocombe. |

1. Rachel looked gorgeous - great legs, and she danced a bit better this week. She has far to go, though.
2. Liked Sophie, but she was a bit contained. 3. Natalie was of professional standard, already, but this might count against her later on. 4. Dave is the man. He must be kept in to annoy Craig. 5. I thought they were a bit harsh on Vanessa, strangely. |

1. I do like Sophie, and she was amazing last week, gob-smackingly good, in fact, but I was surprised the judges liked her so much tonight. I thought she looked far too cool and disinterested, she brought absolutely zero 'fun' to the dance, looked bored all the way through.
2. Ditto Ben - what were they watching? He didn't DO anything! 3. Natalie - don't care if she should be there or not, she's bloody awesome and I am spellbound watching her. 4. Mark is SO lovely. ![]() 5. I can't help wishing Vanessa well, there's something so touching about her. We can't all be Natalie. |

1. Natalie & Artem - WOW! That was incredible, surely one of the best for Show 3 ever. Beautiful choreography from Artem, too.
![]() 2. Last week I loved watching Mark but was bored by Dave, but this week Mark left me underwhelmed and Dave left me on the floor in tears. It just shows that the dance you get really does count. ![]() 3. Susanna's had the potential to be stunning, but it wasn't quite there. It was still her best dance though, so well done to her. ![]() 4. Vanessa, shut up and go pack your bags while you're at it, please. At least Julian is actually improving. 5. Tonight's show, with a exception of a few routines, was extremely mediocre. I was bored to tears throughout the first half, even with the likes of Abbey. |

1. Bruce was appalling tonight.
2. Susanna is beginning to resemble Nancy Delusional with all that fake tan. 3. Deborah's enthusiasm is lovely. 4. I'm glad Ben did well. I like him. 5. Vanessa is a shrew. |

1 Costumes getting a bit more indecent. No need for it.
2 Surprised how good Ben was. 3 In hysterics over Dave. 4 Abbey, Rachel and Sophie bore me rigid. 5 Bruce. *despairing sigh* |

1. Natalie was incredible.
2. Dave was hilarious. Love him. 3. Patrick was overmarked. 4. Deborah is endearing. 5. Craig's comment to Julien was spot on "3 year old doing a dance recital after eating ten bags of sweets"

1. I thought Sophie was overmarked
2. Len's marking is downright bizzare, Ashley and Deborah the same as Julian?! 3. I thought the judges comments to Mark were a little harsh. 4. Ben's Rumba was not the car crash I expected it to me. 5. Deborah's joy of being on the show is lovely to see. |

1. Ben most improved performance and lots of chemistry, wasnt expecting it
2. All the celebs and the sheer joy they have in learning to dance is a joy to see 3. Kevin is fast becoming one of my favourite pros 4. Thought the "love" theme wasnt overplayed 5.Worried we are going to have a series with completely erratic marking, seems much worse than usual |

1. Deborah is a revelation, beautiful dance, such joy and energy, she won't win, but she is endearing and a joy to watch.
2. Ben and Kristina were wonderful, huge improvement. 3. Both Rachel and Abby have the same issues, neither of them bend their knees or use their hips, if they can improve particularly Abby has great potential. 4. I was disappointed by Sophie tonight, but she is so likable, great partnership with Brendan. 5. Although tonight was less exciting than last week, I am loving the fact that I have had a different favourite each week, loving that, great diverse selection of enthusiastic dancers, love this show.

1. Deborah is genuinely loving Strictly.
2. Not fussed on the Susanna/Kevin partnership. 3. Ben's rumba was a real surprise - he'd improved so much. 4. I still love Mark. 5. Dave should stay in for a little while for his entertainment value (6. Please can Vanessa and Julien be in the bottom 2 this week?) |

1. Good to see some marked progress from the likes of Ben, Rachel and Deborah this week.
2. It was a '7' overload from the judges - only Craig seemed interested in using a wider range of scores. 3. I know it's early in the series, and I know she's got lumbered with the 'ringer' tag, but Natalie and Artem deserved a 10 for that Rumba. 4. Would prefer it if Bruce didn't keep talking over the judges with his own advice. 5. Think the dance-off will be between two of Patrick, Mark and Julien (and maybe Rachel). |

1. Natalie was spellbinding. I don't give a stuff about her background I really don't want to see 14 Dave's Vanessa's or Juliens.
2. Mark is lovely. The best 'performer' of the dance. 3. There is quite a lot of frankly mediocre dancers this year. 4. Sophie is too cool for school. 5. Kevin is rapidly becoming my favourite pro |

Sophie is very awkward and the jive was suited to her awkwardness but otherwise i find her an offence to my eyes - i find her stressful to watch

1. Sophie is still my favourite. The Samba isn't easy so I'm not surprised her marks went down. Ashley's Samba was really good.
2. I love Deborah, she really is loving it. 3. I hope Fiona doesn't get forgotten and falls into the bottom two. Hope it is Patrick and Abbey, but that's probably wishful thinking. 4. Ben's dance was an improvement, as was Rachel's. 5. I don't like Natalie but she deserved to top the leaderboard. I'm going off Susanna and I thought hers was overmarked. |
