Hey FF *smooches*

Nicole didn't comment on Len's scores (hers conflicted with some of his though), but she did give the couples some amusing names!
Will have to have a look! Who was she complimentary about (have been avoiding the boards due to the negativity!)

I am really enjoying the series so far
hi to the two old timers! *kises* because it's love week.

Abbey was overmarked and Aljaz over danced her.

Julien was rubbish.

The 9 for Susanna from Darcey was a shock.

The 3 for Vanessa's tango from Craig was unjust.

None of the dances tonight really appealed to me.

1. Sophie did surprisingly well with the samba (especially after reading some of the comments on here, I only watched the show later tonight).

2. Ben made quite a few mistakes in his rumba

3. Pleasantly surprised with Fiona and Deborah.

4. Major props for Ashley with managing a credible samba with his schedule (it's one of my least favourite dances, but both of them tonight were well performed).

5. Shame about the overmarking in the first half of the show, as it gave the judges with nowhere to go later on (for instance, Sophie was better then Rachel and Abbey, so got seemingly inflated scores).

Gosh, which thread? Must go look for it.

I was banned for god knows how long. Been doing the house atm, busy and messy but massive improvement and one more week to go! Strictly tonight was a feel-gooder for me for putting up with the noise and general mess around the house in the past two weeks so I am surprised you found none of the dances appealing.

1) Natalie and Artem's rumba ~ just wow, how a rumba should be, none of this fanatic flinging oneself around a pole, I mean your man à la Kristina! fabulously sang by Hayley
2) Dave - I love him and Karen waaaaaaaaaaay to much!
3) Bruce needs to go, bring back Claudia
4) surprised by Ashley and Ola, loved their samba
5) hated the love week theme, hated the heart paddles, just hated it

Good luck with your building works. Such things are always stressful.

Thanks! It's stressful when things don't go as planned, which was everything in building works!

I want to add five more thought if I may

1) Prefer Tessa and Clau combo than Tessa and Brucie one.

2) Fiona was a surprise, in a nicest possible way.

3) Dave was funny, but I am not sure for how long before people get tired of it.

4) Ashley out bum-chest Artem.

5) James looks like he wants to get out of the competition pronto!

1. Dave's paso face had me in tears...of laughter

2. Ben's rumba... Biggest surprise of the night.

3. Artem in his onesie....priceless

4. Deborah's enthusiasm is infectious. Love that partnership

5. Vanessa needs to learn to accept constructive criticism

My comments on yours: I prefer Tess(a) when she's partnered with Claud, so agree that combination works better. It was suggested that Lionel Blair would have been better after his guest appearance on ITT Friday.

I found Fiona's waltz insipid.

Ashley's chest is better than Artem's as it's not over worked but as far as I'm concerned he can put it away.

1. Where's Abbey gone?
2. That dress looked better on the dummy.
3. Julien looks pale.
4. Bucket-head Ben is actually quite attractive
5. Yay, the show didn't over-run for a change.

I must watch Fiona's dance again. She had mishaps in the past two weeks and I felt tense, but this time I was surprised she did the whole dance without mistakes. Maybe I was wearing blinkers?

As for Ashley's chest, yes, it's good to hide it now. Ola should be the one doing chesticles expose thingie.

It was the feeling of Fiona's dance and perhaps its content that I disliked rather than any techincal criticism. I felt as though I'd eaten too many strawberry chocolates after watching her and Anton and the latter was way too pleased with himself.

Regarding chests: I'm wondering if there's a competition between Ola and Kristina as to who can wear the least pre-watershed. I'd like Pasha and ben to have their chests out more. A lot. All the time. And kevin to wear his glasses when he dances.

Edit: Can't spell. It's Anton's fault!

1. Abbey and Sophie disappointed me. Both over marked, more so Sophie whose samba was clumsy, too cold. Susanna also overmarked, but Kevin's beautiful choreography explains why.

2. Did not enjoyed Patrick, Mark, Vanessa or Julien. Dave, well it was LOL, comic relief so I enjoyed as such.

3. Rachel and Ben, nicely improved. She looked like G Paltrow, moved better though not great (she has no musicality, which in my opinion is worse than lacking rhythm which she doesn't have much of either) and Ben was much better, not car crash at all.

4. Ashley samba was good. Please, no more talk of lack of male contenders. He is as good as Sophie and Abbey and better than Susanna.

5. Natalie and Artem. I love that rumba. Best rumba ever for me.

Everybody keeps forgetting Rachel's name I don't think that's a good sign....

1. Susanna and Kevin are a brilliant couple, I really loved their Viennese Waltz. Most romantic routine of the night.
2. I find it interesting that they've plunged Sophie and Rachel in at the deep end with Charleston/Samba and double Latin these past two weeks whereas Ben is seemingly being coddled and broken in with slow-paced styles and songs. A bit unfair.
3. Loved Ashley, he is gaining in confidence each week and starting to live up to the promise he showed in the group dance way back when.
4. Disappointed in Patrick. He and Anya have a lovely partnership but the routines just aren't up to scratch.
5. Abbey has some work to do to meet the standard she set for herself week one!

1) I'm scared Abbey is going to lag behind and i really liked her in the first week
2) Love Deborah
3) Natalie's dance was worth 10s and it would have got them if danced later in the competition
4) Patrick bores me to tears
5) Ben & Ashley are going to give Sophie, Natalie, Abbey & Susanna a run for their money, its going to become very interesting
